Today we are talking to expert resilience coach Pam Cottman. Rose first met Pam through an Instagram event where she was delivering a workshop on building resilience and it was Pam’s warm, authentic, and a rather brilliant way of holding the room’s attention that made her workshop by far the best of the day.
